Big Decision has been providing website design, ecommerce and online marketing services to clients across the UK since 1999. We are based in Biggar, Lanarkshire, Scotland.

We’re here to build winning websites and solve problems. We believe in creating web solutions driven by great content and underpinned by the best possible user experience. We provide first-class customer service and aim to foster long-term relationships with our clients; many of whom have been with us for years.

Big Decision was founded by Pete Featherstone in 1999. In the early days we mainly focused on web design for small business. Soon we were heavily involved in ecommerce projects, including the running of an in-house ecommerce website, which provided invaluable experience in the field.

The modern web landscape is unrecognisable from those early days; Big Decision has grown with it and we look to maintain the ability to advise small and medium enterprise on appropriate web strategies by keeping pace with current developments and trends.

We are now a tight team of four looking to provide our clients with a personal, friendly service allied to quality products and services.
